Values and Culture
Values are your judgement and decision guideposts as you travel through your life. They are your "Rules to Live By". Shared Values create Cultures. Cultures create harmony.
Since before my children started school, in the early 90s, I instilled in them three simple Values:
Honesty: If you are truthful and honest, not only will people believe in you, you will live your life knowing that you care, you do the right things even if they are difficult, and you can sleep well at night.
Respect: Treating people with respect will reward your life with being respected as well. Treating things with respect will reward you with those things enduring longer and better.
Responsibility: By meeting your responsibilities to yourself, other people and things, you will be known as reliable, committed and caring.
I am very proud to say that to this day, my children still remember and live by these values. Both are very successful entrepreneurs.
I am completely committed to these values and they are foundational to the way Beat The Street operates. If you also believe these to be honorable values, then we will work well together and create the Culture of our partnership.
